TOPIC: Alpha blockers

Hi, I have made this account to ask about alpha blockers as I don't know anywhere else I could get advice , I have recently been prescribed alpha blockers ( flomax ) as I have chronic prostatitis but the reason I wanted to try alpha blockers was because I have seen lots of reports of people saying they make their Flaccid size bigger and more impressive and stops Turtling , shrinkage . This sounded good to me as I suffer from lots of shrinkage from minor things and I just don't like my Flaccid penis. I have been taking flomax 400mcg for 2days and I have noticed no difference to my Flaccid penis or urination but I'm more concerned with the Flaccid penis , do I need to take it for longer untill it makes a difference to my Flaccid ? Or should I try another alpha blocker?

I’ve been on flomax (taken off because I get that annoying cough) and I’m now on doxazosin. Hasn’t done anything for my Flaccid. It works for some not all.

Well that is disappointing to hear, why would they only work for some people?
Also what difference have you noticed between flomax and doxazosin in terms of benefits and side effects?

No idea why it doesn’t work for everyone I did the same research a while ago and couldn’t come with a definitive answer. I like doxazosin better seems to work faster but flomax worked longer. Real benefits was I could actually pee again , didn’t wake up 2-3 times a night to try and piss.

Was that with flomax or doxazosin or both? Not waking up to pee?

Both flomax just gave me a nasty cough at night and I was on 1.2mg

Tamsulosin has definitely made an improvement in my appearance. Are you noticing any benefit now?

No unfortunately , I'm thinking of maybe trying a different alpha blocker to see if it makes a difference.

I was started on tamsulosin for prostate obstruction symptoms. Before taking it, I was totally unaware that this was a side effect. I took my first dose in the evening. Had a shower the following morning and thought I looked bigger than before but thought no more about it. Next day I looked again and thought “wow”. I then googled it for confirmation. It’s not mentioned a lot I have only seen it in a few posts. I’m delighted with the results suffice to say. I wish you luck with a different alpha blocker. Would love to hear you get the result you want!

We have been using alpha blockers for a while for guys getting lots of Turtling for when the have the Calibre procedure. I prescribe prazosin (=Flomax) 1 mg morning and night. The guess is it dilates blood vessels in the corpus and fills it up more. Why it works differently on different guys is probably related to why some guys are growers, some showers ant it can be really variable in size. I find some guys just dont want to come off of it.

Remember it has an additive effect with Viagra/Cialis is dropping the blood pressure - potentially lethally. Need minimum of 4 hours between alpha blocker and Viagra.

I am certainly delighted with the result. I love having an alpha blocked penis! Brings a smile to my face whenever I catch a glimpse!

I tried tamsulosin but it didn't work at all. So far only Cialis and HGW improved my Flaccid significantly.PE already helped me becoming more of a shower but these 2 boost it more

I already take Cialis does nothing for my Flaccid size , what is HGW

Take 25mg Cialis minutes before you sleep. You will see ur Flaccid next day will be huge.
