This problem is not easy to deal with. So maybe you have to sit down and draft a project to fix it. In my case I am saving money equivalent to 2x the procedure's price (to have money in case things go wrong). Meanwhile, I decided to streatch with the more recommended device that I could buy. And I am surprised that after a methodologic routine of stretching I have results similiar to the average gain of guys who did "ligament cut" procedure.
