I don't think its pervy to do it either. To me it's the same thing as wearing a short skirt and having men look at me it's just expected. For the women who don't really care about Dick unless they are going to have sex, those women probably won't look. I almost always look and it's unfortunate for me because whenever I do look, even if its for a quick second, I turn all pink cheeked and get this cheesy smile on my face haha. Even hetero men. Depends on the woman I bet but I'm willing to bet most of the staring comes from the novelty and/or hilarity of it all rather than pure sex appeal (though I'm sure there are exceptions, and obviously, there do exist female perverts too). Just my hunch/hypothesis for your your experiment, should you carry it out. I will say from my own experience, every time I was immediately post-op from PMMA and was wrapped up and swollen, I would notice crotch glances in public settings. But it more-or-less supports my theory that if a bulge is noticeable enough, anyone will notice. Packages that "pack" aren't common. A couple of my ex girlfriends did confirm that they always check guys physic in general especially if they are on the handsome side, but they do it with great sneakiness!!!!. the problem with men, is when look at women's anatomy they typically are not discrete about it and some stare for a long time for every one to see. Also has to do with societies outlook between the sexes... the norm being men are perverts and only think about sex so even an innocent glance will equate to Horn dog gawking. Whereas women are more often viewed as rigid; staring directly at a bulge would probably go unnoticed or equated to zoning out unless you were really paying attention.
