you should focus on your health overall, so you can lose some of the weight, you may be able to reveal more of your penis (since part of it can be hidden under the fat). you can also try stretching your penis (but i don't know much about that, so you woudl have to reaserch it), but you can gain a lot of Girth with the PMMA procedure.
