PM me if anyone is interested. (Wait... my mailbox is full -- must delete some old mssgs). It is not for long term use... unless you have Parkinson's. Cabergoline drastically reduces levels of prolactin which are part of the natural feedback loop that tells the body that you are "finished" having sex. About .5mg/week will have an excellent effect in reducing the refractory period and in some case, produce multiple orgasms (it did for me). The orgasms are intense and until I tried cabergoline, I had never experienced such explosive, body shaking orgasms. Nice thing about it is you can do it all over again just a few minutes later. If one were to combine cabergoline/cabaser with Cialis/levitra/viagra and PT-141 (bremelanotide), one could in theory, destroy all women on a college campus. However, nothing is as potent as cabergoline. As far as lasting side effects are concerned, I have zero and none were shown in clinical trials. It has been used in parkinson's patients for years. The combo of cabergoline and PT-141 is great and very effective. The great thing about mucuna pruriens is that it also boosts dopamine in the brain and reduces SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin) which binds/cleaves to testosterone rendering it inactive. Most testosterone is bound by SHBG or is converted by aromatase into estrogen, DHT, etc. Free testosterone is what you are after. Stinging nettle root is also a potent SHBG binding herb. Mucuna pruriens is the herbal equivalent of cabergoline. I use it and love it (small amounts). Keeping all of your hormones optimized (testosterone (and it's metabolites), estrogen, DHEA, thyroid, growth hormone, etc) drastically effect erectile performance and libido. Eat healthy and exercise to keep blood flow in check and you are good to go. I too prefer the natural route and have managed to fully restore my T levels to that of my early twenties. Staying lean/trim/cut also reduces aromatase and boosts your T levels. For the first time in decades, at 39, I have a six pack and can f*ck like a machine. It has not been an easy journey but was well, well, well worth it. Put down your cell phone, get off the computer, stay away from plastics (xenoestrogens) and soy (phytoestrogens), take your shirt off and chase down a deer in the woods. Be a man. I am married, have 3 children and a full time job... well, make that two jobs. Haha There are primarily two factors that affect the refractory period. One is the formerly mentioned hormone prolactin which decreases interest in sex and makes men "disinterested" in a repeat performance. This is easily combated by the Rx Cabergoline/Dostinex/Cabaser or Pramipexole. It does take some time (week or two) to elevate blood levels of Cabergoline so that you can fu*k like a teenager (or likely better ![;-)](https://j4.phalloboards.info/media/kunena/emoticons/14.png ";-)")) While on Cabergoline, my refractory period is approximately 5 minutes or less. Sometimes, I don't even want to pull out; just go for it all over again. Then you have oxytocin (the cuddle hormone). This makes men/women want to cuddle/snuggle after sex. I always wanted to "crash" so this hormone was never a factor for me. The other "big" obstacle to overcome is endorphins. This neurotransmitter fills you with a sense of well being, euphoria and intense pleasure. Endorphins bind to opiate receptor sites in your brain. An overproduction of endorphins (too much pleasure) results in decreased sexual desire due to the "reward" of orgasm having less effect. In essence, you become overstimulated and the same act (sex) will not produce the same amount pleasure as the opiate receptor sites are still recovering from the stimulation they just received from your endorphins. The secret here is to maintain good health and exercise frequently. Combine this with allowing yourself to "semi" climax without full ejaculation and you will become a super stud. It is difficult to master but makes subsequent rounds of intercourse much easier. You can still climax but without full ejaculation. It is best if one starts early in the morning while testosterone levels are peaking. Healthy testosterone and growth hormone levels make the entire marathon process much easier. Exogenous testosterone will NOT have the same beneficial effect as it causes shutdown and your arousal is highly dependent on luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). Granted, is there some degree of vanity innate to the topic of penis enlargement?...probably, yes. But who are you to judge? How presumptuous is it that you make out our members to be nothing more than size-obsessionists, when in reality, many of us are indeed devoted to charity & health. Just because men come here to share their interests in penile augmentation doesn't disqualify their character or usefulness to society. Your mighty degree in medicine gives you no distinct advantage over any man here, and your pompous presumptions show you to be someone clearly devoid of the bigger picture. It should also be noted that there are many men who suffer from size insecurities due to possessing statistically small packages. There are men out there who live satisfying lives with smaller endowments, but not all have been so fortunate. It's akin to women seeking out breast enlargement because they have the equivalent of "small man-boobs," etc. We should all be happy with what we're born with, but if some of us with life's short end of the stick (pun intended) have access to modify our (perceived) shortcomings, why should we be judged for it? As for feeding the poor, befriending the elderly, and raising funds for the limbless, there are forums designated for those conversations as well. This is a niche-forum, its expressed purpose is to discuss the surgical augmentation of male genitalia. We also have some side discussions (e.g. women, men's health, etc) which is an extension of male self-improvement. That said, myself and others visit other forums/sites for other topics, which include (but are not limited to), politics, religion, charities, sports, fashion, etc. Many of those forums/sites are just as niche-oriented as we are here. Why I must spell this all out is beyond me, but I thought maybe you needed clarification as to what we do around here at PhalloBoards. And as for society, many of us would agree with you, it is indeed clueless, over-sexualized, and plagued by many distortions. And some of us here are probably victims of that society, but we're not here to pass judgment. There is as much advocacy for limiting porn consumption, eating healthy & exercising, and even forgoing penis enlargement as there is anything else on these message boards. But again, you couldn't possibly know that having been on this site for 8 hours. Curious of your perspective Nielsjo, where do you stack up size-wise? Can you relate to the men who have desires for larger shafts, or are you yourself well endowed and come here only to sound like an elitist?
