Just throwing this out there... I never had a Grower Flaccid... BUT I did increase my Flaccid from 4" to 6" using manual PE alone, no money or surgery needed.

A dude that's 8" x 5.5"... you are HUGE compared to the world around you and shouldn't risk surgery IMHO.

Insight - you should take SO's advice and look into Botox or alpha blockers. Dr. C is doing Botox for $250 now and I am sure there are other docs doing it in the states as well. At 10% the cost of just one PMMA session and 6 to 12 month results wouldn't it be worth trying this first? If you really want permanent results and are only interested in Flaccid gains then shouldn't you be looking into having your ligs cut?

HA, I know it sounds funny but it's true, and I've been in some jams because of it. I remember one time I wasn't paying attention and I pissed all over Balls and khakis and had to literally sit in the bathroom for 30 minutes until I felt safe enough to make a quick dodge to the nearest desk, get some paper to cover myself and make a dash to my office. /e Thanks to this forum, I've avoided the Elist implant, and after researching, it appears to me that PMMA is safest. FFT is not permanent, and the allo/Belladerm procedures appear to require intense invasive surgeries followed by a milieu of post-operative protocol I would be very afraid to mess something up on my end in the post-operative phase. I could be wrong but that's just what I'm gathering from that.

Should note manual PE isn't without its risks either.

I have the same problem, Turtling that is, not pissing on my Balls. I am of adequate size aswell being 7 in. NBPEL and 5.5 EG. I will be getting PMMA in the future mostly for a bigger Flaccid, a bigger Dick when Erect is just a bonus . I have gained a little Flaccid length through manuel PE but only length.

Being a grower kind of blows It sucks at pools, in locker rooms, at the beach, hell even just wearing pants. My experience with nitroglycerin bandaid/spray was almost magical. Because i wasn't expecting anything anymore.

It would be quite interesting to start a gallery type thread in which the guys who are obsessed with their Flaccid penis's can post them in what they deem as a turtled or retracted state. Don't want to be a debbie downer but I'm not sure that PMMA alone will magically solve the problem. Your Flaccid may not get as small as it used to, and hell, it may improve Turtling. But if your penis is inherently a Grower, that simply wont change.

Well succes with natural pe is not guaranteed.
And to my experience the guys who gained in Flaccid were already show-ers to beginn with.

But sure if you have not tried go try that. Watch out you can hurt yourself pretty bad aswell with natural pe.

It sounds a bit odd that you penis is so short you piss on your Balls, but if this is the case, then how is PMMA going to help?

Also PMMA had probably been used in the penis for longer than 6 years, maybe much longer, but that doesn't mean it's safe. Liquid silicone has been used for decades.

Another thing I'd consider is that with such big starting stats, that is a lot of area to cover, so to get a decent gain, you will requite a hell of a lot of PMMA.

Personally I think you are far too big to consider a PE procedure. On top of that you haven't even had sex with the GF yet. It's pretty crazy to go for an enlargement before you've even used you already considerable endowment on her. You might find she thinks your too big as it is.

Most PE methods (jelquing, the use of extenders, Hanging etc) will help you attain a larger Flaccid Dick first, then the real lnegth gains follow. You can rely on natural methods alone to achieve what you are seeking. However, you will also gain length. For Girth you can also try what is knows as 'Clamping'.
