Also PMMA had probably been used in the penis for longer than 6 years, maybe much longer, but that doesn't mean it's safe. Liquid silicone has been used for decades. Another thing I'd consider is that with such big starting stats, that is a lot of area to cover, so to get a decent gain, you will requite a hell of a lot of PMMA.
