I can actually manage a Magnum on my base but will find it becoming baggy toward the glans. Actually, if the tapered is very pronounced, you might find this effect common with any size condom. I'm hoping I can get more Girth toward the glans in my 3rd round, but can't help but to think that my base will remain the largest part of my penis... For those of you guys who like to dive "naked gun" or plundge bareback into an uncommited/ untested partner I would recommend safer sex with Trustex, since you can notice the level of thinness in the latex for that extra intimate feeling. The Trustex brand was a little bit more comfortable at the Base of the shaft. But trustex was somewhat uncomfortable at the circumference line since i have some extra uneven PMMA around that area. The Magnum XL was more comfortable around the circumference line but felt like i was wearing a thick/plastic rain coat to the party. The area around the base was uncomfortable as previously reported. After round 2 i'm not sure what size condom will fit comfortably, maybe these naturally sized 6inch+ Girth members could cime in on this condom discussion and tell us what they've used. Have you gone up to a larger size - magnums, Xls etc. The reason I ask is to me it seems they all are shaped conical with the larger sizes just providing more gland room and not much more (if any) at the base. With PMMA making the shaft/base larger but not changing the glans, going up a size made the glans area really lose for me.
