Lipen-10' filler is a mixture of 75% cross-linked dextran, 15% PMMA, and 10% hypromellose solution. With the patient in the supine position, Lipen-10' was injected into the subcutaneous tissue between the Dartos fascia and Buck's fascia of the penis using a fanning technique. Penile length and circumference were measured before the procedure and six, 12, and 18 months after the procedure. Values were compared using the Student's t-test and the paired t-test. RESULTS: A total of 15 patients completed this study. The increases in circumference and length observed six months after the procedure were found to have been maintained without change at 12 and 18 months of follow-up. At 12 and 18 months of follow-up, no abnormal findings were observed. Pelvic magnetic resonance imaging conducted at 18 months of follow-up showed no trace of the injected filler having migrated to other sites, and the volume was well maintained." This is because the filler can cause serious side effects if even a small amount of the filler is injected into the general venous system. Therefore, a filler having a high collagen-stimulating function, such as a PMMA or dextranomer, is preferred when compared to a filler having no collagen-stimulating function such as the Hyaluronic Acid. This is because a filler including PMMA or dextranomer as the main component, for example, and a filler having a high collagen-stimulating function, such as LIPEN (trade name), has functions which prevent the filler components from flowing around after injection and help the glans augmentation effect remain for a longer time. My main focus is finding the best of the best glans enhancement. Next to a large Girth spreading the internal part of the clitoris surrounding the vaginal canal the glans is the 2nd most stimulating factor #1 actually for g-spot stimulation. I'm planning on getting 2cc of HA with Dr. Morales in a couple weeks. If lipen-10 is a better alternative for longer lasting effects I wonder why it's not an option at Dr. C office? Maybe they have Intel we don't or maybe just no experience with it and therefore use what they are used too?
