For example, assuming Radiesse is injected with the same technique as PMMA, you will have leaking entry points. If those entry points aren't adequately squeezed during your 48 hour post-op, those entry points may have clumping which can lead to nodules. It's possible there are differences in the likelihood of clumping between Dermal Filler products, but I can't imagine any particular particle & carrier combo as ever being 100% free of Nodule risk. Then again, we have hardly seen much anything outside of PMMA (with respect to dermal fillers) so I could be wrong. But they are not at the entry points, those are fine for me.
