It will respond to constant tension and PRP and blood flow. I had one guy with a cord that went from 3 inches to 4/34 inches over six months with this protocol and shockwave therapy.
Quite interesting.
Just one more question. Experienced PE practitioners say the key to successful results is using heat (warm water, portable heaters, infrared light) before and during exercise. Have you observed anything about this in your studies? Does the P-Long protocol use any approach with heat?

Is there a reason why you didn't try exosomes instead of P-Shot/PRP? If I were to follow the protocol with exosomes instead of PRP, could that lead to same or better results?
Thank you for answering all our questions by the way!!

P-Long wrote: That is an interesting thought. There is certainly relaxation of the cremasteric muscle in the scrotum with heat. I don't have any specific recommendations.
The premise is that heat at the ideal temperature and time would denature collagen molecules, making it more malleable, facilitating stretching. Theoretically, it would be necessary to keep the penis stretched while heated and gradually reduce the temperature with the penis still stretched so that the normal temperature stabilizes the deformation and renatures the collagen maintaining the excess length, but I don't know if that makes any sense from the scientific point of view.

However, there is a lot more data on PRP and it is your own blood, not someone else's genetic material. For an amazing explanation of exosomes and other stem cell products, please read Dr Jeff Piccirillo's chapter in my book, The 21st Century Man. He does an excellent job explaining everything about stem cells and exosomes.
@P-Long
I love how active you are on here. I wish other in your area would do the same. It's very refreshing. PM me if you ever want to collaborate or discuss research; Specifically what i have encountered with myself other clients/friends/people i've helped, and other doctors I've spoke with.
I love the idea of exosomes, and think they would be a great addition to this area and also in Bio-Hacking in general. I think constant treatments would be something worth tracking on particular individuals who might, or will be, engaged more strenuous activities. Same goes for PRP stuff. I think there is great research so far on how this works for assisting in healing,but it could be taken much further with more frequent treatments: Whether that be for those constantly hanging and stretching or after a procedure.
A previous comment you made about heat: I have some interesting data points on this. And there is some other data on another board. But the short of it goes: by getting the penis to a particular temp range you can achieve a slightly longer length than you could with out. I tried this for a while in both pumping and hanging, and can confirm it did work. I now use heat whenever I can ( which should be all the time )
On your girth comment: I agree very much that most activities are geared towards length vs girth and most will thus produce said length over girth. There have been guys that have reported girth gains from there length activities but i, personally, do not feel that these are actually long term permanent girth gain but more of reactionary and residual swelling. I could be wrong, but I have personally experienced this. However in contrast to that last point; long term combination routines that incorporate girth exercises such as pumping in a wide tube, clamping, base weighting, etc. combined with the aforementioned length exercises have produced better and more trackable long term girth gains. But it does seem to be a dance back and forth for these individuals who do this.
Thanks again for all your activity here
