It's definitely high quality, easy to put on, easier to keep on and easier to adjust than any other extender I've ever tried. I only wish the extender had an option of adding some replaceable soft silicone padding on the clamp. That would make the hold infinitely better and not require the use of a wrap. Currently I use a piece of exercise band as a wrap and it gives a much better hold than any other wrapping technique I've tried. Most of that was probably from stretching the suspensory ligament as my Erection almost pointed straight up, now I point about straight out. Not sure about Girth gains since I didn't get measurements back then.Are there any comparison studies for using the protocol with and without PRP? My concern would be spending that amount and time and not making any or very minimal gains since I've already made gains with PE.
