I am inclined to believe that people have sued him or threatened to do so. If you settle out of court before trial there is no public record and I am sure a non-disclosure agreement.

Many elist victims in the past had infections due to un-sanitary operating conditions and due to elist him self not being clean, seems like later the infection rate had dropped down but the end result continues to be the same...Removal with disastrous results!
