I have been somewhat of a lurker as well on this site. I have been reading on here a lot about PMMA and going through very many old threads and new threads. My appointment is scheduled for 11/21, just a few weeks away. I am a bit nervous but from what I've seen PMMA is the best option and Avanti Derma has a great reputation that can be trusted. Since I'm just a few weeks away do any of you pros have any advise for me in regards to preparation and post care. The vitamin C shots sound like a good idea, anything else? I've heard of taking L-Arginine to help with blood flow down below. I'm thinking this can help with Flaccid length and keep the penis from shrinking so much to allow for a smoother finish and heal of the PMMA. I think it's important to do your research before deciding whether to actually pursue enhancement, and should you choose to, further research on the best option for you. Once you're aware of the costs, risks, and likely scenarios of your decision, can you comfortably move forward. My reasoning for it is Vitamin C is an essential nutrient in our diet. It has many important roles our body's immune function, including: wound healing preventing damage to cells building collagen producing chemical messengers called neurotransmitters All are what we need post procedure. I would get it done once a week for 6 weeks. In have found them at health and weight loss clinics on Groupon for $10-20 each injection or less if bought in a pack. Anyway just food for thought.
