TOPIC: PMMA rubbing against the shaft.... Problem???

I think darkstaff is the only one that's done it. He seemed fine after.

The urologists I both spoke to strongly suggested it not be removed. They were willing to cut bits out though.

It doesn't really matter how hard it is in relative terms.
Is it hard enough to do damage? That's all that matters here.
You can imagine a repeated sawing action as the PMMA rubs up and down over time, over the nerves and so on, could do some damage.

But there are no reports of it that I am aware of. It sits between the bucks and the dartos, so there would be layers between it and nerves and so on.

I understand his concern though, he raises a good point.

Why is it so hard to get PMMA removed when it feels like it is moving about? Or is it just the skin moving over it that makes it feel like it is moving but is really the PMMA is stuck to shaft.

Would an incision under the Foreskin and removing it from there be realistic way of moving the PMMA without leaving a scar that would be noticeable as it is under the Foreskin. I think Hoddle advices not to get PMMA removed as the scar tissue and loss of feeling from pulling the PMMA out does more damage. But can't understand this if it is "floating" in the skin.

I was telling a chap on another thread that the PMMA moving in an uncircumcised penis is not a problem, but thinking about what you have said, of course it could be.

Well thankfully I have had no loss in feeling. But was thinking of it from a long term implication?

I read in another thread, Mustang advicing a guy who got an implant, to get it out ASAP as the longer it stays in the penis the more longterm damage it will to to the nerves and penis tissue due to the implant rubing against the penis. I am wondering if a silicon implant can do that damage why can't PMMA which is harder? do damage longterm too.

I think this would be more an issue for uncut guys with lose skin as there is more movement and rubing when having sex or wanking but cut guys still have a problem.
