I think Ellanse is supposed to last 4 years but not sure of availability in the States. I think Dr Oates uses it Down Under. May also be available in Europe. A bridge too far for me. If there was an HA filler that lasted 10 years and cost 5-6K I might be into that. HA is attractive because it is reversal. It's just too bad it last only 18-24 months. The whole time u have it injected a countdown clock starts on when it will dissipate and eventually disappear. Fun while it lasts. It wouldn't be so bad if it was a little more reasonably priced. But I believe where I am in NY it can be 10-15k a session. Maybe out West with Mata it is more reasonable. Haven't checked his prices. But that is a bit of a pipe dream at that price (5-6k) lol! I have heard same thing about Voluma though that it is very effective and Mata is good at administering fillers properly. I think there r a number of HA fillers that also work well but Voluma is a reputable brand name. At least with PMMA and FFT if they r done properly there is a set price for preliminary and fill ups injections that,in theory, could last a lifetime. U just have to figure out if u want something permanent or temporary. I think they still do FFT, but their required pumping protocol is kind of difficult to follow... they offer voluma and just recently started offering Ellanse after they did a research phase on it (even though its not fda approved in usa).
