Health-wise, probably. Would it be advisable? I'd say no. You would be placing a permanent filler in with one which is going to go away. You would have no way of knowing the final outcome when the HA is absorbed. In my opinion, it would be much better to get rid of the HA and then go back in if you are wanting to do PMMA.
