It would work a bit like subcision too. You need such a small amount you would not need sedation to harvest. HA will be temporary. Over time it is considerably less costly than Voluma. Does Dr Oates do fat transfer. Would you say that the recommended fat transfer would be the way to go then? "Hyaluronic Acid would be an option to improve the outcome. In case you want to try this, I'm willing to do this. However, you should know that Hyaluronic Acid doesn't contain stem cells and therefore it's not really repairing the skin. It's just a filler. After fat grafting in a few patients some lumps can occur - but only in the early stage. After a couple of months they are going to disappear. I personally inject only microfat in the penis. The incidence of developing lumps with microfat is very low. After a period of three to four months the transplanted fat has a take and is part of your body and therefore it will stay permanently" those were my surgeons words regarding it, so undecided it actually hurts, and i cant even view the pictures on this site of people who have undergone FFT so i'm confused as to what the outcome will be.
