I think the injection of autologous fat has not only the purpose of filling areas of deficiencies but also to regenerate and remodel the skin. I think that would be the advantage to HA as a filler. I am just not sure because obviously some of the fat (I heard up to70%) will be reabsorbed so for me it is difficult to imagine how it will look like. Do you think it is more precictable to get an even result with using only 10ml? I think HA is no option for me because I ve no gaps which would need to be filled up. I need somthing to Repair the skin, so autologous fat contain stem cells which can do that. Probably the lipofilling would improve my situation. but it s a big decision for me and not really sure. But, isn't this effectively a similar issue to acne scarring? If so, maybe a HA filler would be an option. I'm pretty sure I've heard of HA being used to treat acne scars. Obviously it has the downside of not being permanent, but at least it's easily correctable of you don't like the outcome and repeatable if you do. So I had a micropunch surgery to get rid of fordyce spots on my Dick. Now I ve quite visible scars(and some new spots) and my doc suggests injection of autologous fat (10ml) to even out and improve the scars. I read a lot on this board and there are quite a lot of bad experiences from FFT. How do you guys who had the FFT think will the problems concern me with an injection of only 10ml?
