I have had a couple girls touch it and they didn't say anything, but as I mentioned I avoided oral and extensive touching/exposure. I do think more product in round 1 could have helped, but then again I am no expert. I find it hard to believe I will gain an whole Inch. At least with preserving aesthetics. If I gain 1,5-2 cm and get close to 13 cm (appr. 5") with an authentic looking result, I will be more than happy. I am uncut. The HA was Voluma. I am still on the fence when it comes to PMMA. I guess I will try HA for a few years and see how the result stands over time, and of course what yearly budget I will be looking at. And then make a decision. I am hoping to gain 2,5 cm / 1 Inch midshaft. A bit less at the tip and a bit more at the base. Francis at Androfill suggests 3 rounds: 8 ml + 6 ml + 4 ml, with at least one week between each session. Should there ideally be a longer period between the sessions? Does the same apply for this procedure as with PMMA with regards to aftercare etc? Any tips would be appreciated. I did HA with Androfill in London a bit more than a month ago. Just 6 ml to start with. The plan is to do a couple more rounds as soon as I can secure the finances needed, to get to a total of appr. 18 ml. I did not make a lot of EG gains. Maybe 0,5 cm just in the middle. Flaccid however, it does make a difference. Less shrinking and generally a heavier feel and thicker look. Takes care of some "public wardrobe insecurities" When it comes to aestethics, it's all good Flaccid. Erect it does look and feel a little uneven. I guess this is because there is not enough product to go all the way around the shaft, plus the filler seems to want to gather in pockets rather than even out. I am hoping the next rounds will fix this, as I am now single and don't want the procedure to be obvious to the girls I have sex with. I've avoided receiving oral for this reason with my latest partners. The procedure itself was a walk in the park. No pain and no complications. A little sore and some light bruising for about a week. I could easily have saved some money and stayed one night only. Or even flown back same day. Tip: For me the filler started to set pretty soon after the procedure. I do not recommend waiting more than a couple of hours before starting to mold. The morning after it seemed to have set completely and I had to go back to the good doctor and remove a single lump (close to the glans) with hyaluronidase.
