I have something 'pinchable' like that in the same spot where my 30% went -- I thought this was the PMMA!? interesting. Not sure I would want mine gone as this is where I have the biggest gain. I'll ask Dr. C about mine when I see him in a few weeks.

Talk to the doctor and have a candid conversation about your gripes with it. Listen to them intently and see if what they're telling you makes sense and jives with your sentiments. If it resonates with you, then you can decide. Don't just hastily go in and have a procedure.

It worked like a charm for me but I woul only do it with 10%. You only want it to bind it up and not make it bigger.

I am seeing Dr. Giunta at 2 today. He told me a couple months ago not to worry and just stretch, but to me I think it has gotten a bit worse and it's definetly noticeable to feel.

NiS, It's from lack of even blood supply to the fat area. It's one of the biggest issues with FFT and anything involving PE that requires a blood supply. I believe if the fat doesn't get the blood it needs the body surrounds it to wall it off and you get the lump. It is only cosmetic but that is still a big deal when it's your Dick.

@Brock I had that same thing after my first round of PMMA - it was like a free floating Nodule I could pull up with my fingers. Dr. C broke it up with a cannula and added more PMMA and it went away within a month or two - never came back so far.

That's alot of turkey neck for sure. Mind if I ask how much the neck reduction surgery costs? I bet it will have a pretty dramatic visual affect afterwards. Good luck.

I have a appointment with Dr. Giunta on Tuesday to get the Nodule removed, he said i won't be able to have sex for a month. I'm also getting a scrotal web reduction as well. Hope to be doing PMMA in Mexico after I recover.

Just a fat Nodule or lump. Speak to your surgeon about it. He might offer a steroid injection or excision. You could try DMSO and massage.

Well when you stretch it out, sure it's going to look that. And yes, as you get older they hang a lot lower. Frankly, they drop down. I'm a cyclist now, and let me tell you, it's not fun when you're dragging these boys in those tight little pants.
