I agree with HD I think anyone would surprised with the amount you can have injected, for example look up silicone TeX. His Dick is very very thick now BC of all the silicone plus the many others who went with even more silicone to the point where they can't have sex with anyone ever again.

I guess this means if you have loose skin, you should better not pump?

From what i read 'tight skin' was seen as a good thing by doctors, good for no lumps or something.

Ohh shit I didn't mean to worry you, I just don't want people to end up with a mess like me, but maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree because you've had a different procedure to me.
PMMA is one of the best options currently available which is why people have it, if you look at the statistics the risk of anything going extremely wrong is incredibly low, so you've got nothing to worry about.

When I had my Dermal Grafts my Girth increased 2" - from just under 5" to 7" at the base, 6.75 for most of my Dick - in an afternoon. There is plenty of give to skin. I don't think there is such a thing as no more room - but that is not an expert opinion.

I have been through 4 procedures now with Dr. L. I have the same issue trying to schedule my last procedure. He advised that I pump for at least 6 months to begin stretching the skin. I'm about 4 months in and already see more flexibility in my skin. The underlying collagen layer seems to be expanding with the skin which should allow for another treatment. I have gone from 4.5 inches Girth to 6.5 and my skin did not allow any more. Hence the pumping to stretch it more.

Chester is right. i have herd that 6in is the perfect size. this is my first post on here i just join. i have been looking into PE surgery for 8 years now, and i feel it has came along way from when i first started researching it. but thats my goal is to be 6x6. i already got the 6 length but Girth isnt impressive, but to comment on chester, only had 2 your small comments out of the chicks i have banged. i have been focusing on technique the last 8 years. and now that i have been researching and reading many posts about PMMA and the two doctors in mexico. and i think i have came to the conclusion that i need to save up just a little more money and ill be a new patient. i have experience(not as much as chester because im only 28), and technique is definitely improved. its just time to move forward with my procedure to have the full package. sorry if this the wrong place to kind of say that. but everyone seems to be knowledgeable and good advice everywhere on here.

I gained 10cm in a single procedure and he had no problem getting it in, now it's warn off I'm left with loose skin, it's disgusting. If I were you I'd avoid trying to stretch your skin because you may regret it in the long run, if anything just buy some cream that improves skin elasticity.

Skin grows. We certainly know this as skin grows as people become fat and then obese. Under the care and advice of your penis enlargement physician, you might consider pumping or other measures.

I Thought there was no space but the 15mls went in easy. Could have had more too but she already thought i was a good size.

I would'nt recomend pumping unless you are told directly that there is no more room.

One thing you should take into consideration is what your penis will look like if you have to have the PMMA removed, obviously this is a small chance but if you have way too much and you end up with loose skin or if you've had multiple rounds of 30% and get granulomas it's going to look like a minefield and have an extremely negative effect on your mental health.
If it's it's getting to the stage where you feel as though you can't fit anymore in you probably shouldn't have anymore.
