When it is new or wet soft and spongey and when compressed it is 'harder' like when that dish sponge has dried out over several hours. My guess would be that if scar tissue was stretched it would feel firmer than if it was bunched up. That's was PMMA essentially is. A rubber band has more give when it's not being stretched. Probably totally wrong though. I don't see how PMMA can work for extreme growers, how it can be applied evenly and then expand 2 or 3x. I guess it has worked for some growers here though. I am very sensitive to PT-141. I only need .2 mg. and that lasts about 12-16 hrs easy. So while I was there in Mexico Tues post surgery, wed, thurs and fri I did .2mg then threw it away to not have it reconstituted on the airplane. For me-- the PT-141 is different than viagra/Cialis. With those two I need stimulation to get Erect. With PT-141.. I have no choice but to pop a rod for a few hours at a time. That peptide is out of control. I can't even imagine taking the amounts that some guys online say to take. 1mg !?? I'd be throwing up and have Priapism - I'm sure I would need the emergency room at that dose. Be careful, it can be scary. But so can aspirin if you took a whole bottle. So everything is relative. Having the Erection post surgery (IN MY OPINION - this is very important to call out on this site) I felt it was easier to shape the PMMA and get a good massage in. I honestly think it was the best decision as I went in there Hanging around 4" (because of the Cialis- I think it bought me 1/2 Inch) Doc had more room to put in more product and I got a very good result (5 weeks post op now). And a very noticeable flacid hang difference. I took a Cialis every day for the first 4 weeks to not retract. I was prescribed Flomax post surgery and I did take it with my Cialis. For me the Flomax gave me some stomach issues and I didn't get great results. Flomax relaxes the prostate and bladder while Cialis promotes blood flow. You would have to ask the team there - I probably should of as I went against their pre-op instructions- it specifically said DO NOT take viagra or Cialis pre-op.. so I was taking a risk that happened to work out for me. To take a guess? I know Doc C does not like to operate on an Erect penis like the 'other' doc does. Or there is something he doesn't like with the extra blood flow going on. For me, Cialis doesnt make me hard for no reason, like Doc and Ian moving it around is not going to make me pop a chub. So I took the risk.
