Have energy, sex drive us back up, sleep is better, putting on gains in the gym. Why take any risk in life? What makes you think your knowledge of Dr. Loria's procedures are greater than mine or even more accurate for that matter? I do have something you definitely do not have at this point. A week of personal experience. If you don't like my results I'm so sorry. But they are what they are. Just be glad that I'm being open and honest about my progress here where people hopefully seek genuine advice and make their own decisions. By the way Dr. Loria does NOT do PMMA. So are there any questions I can share with you about my procedure? I'm willing to share after all. And also you googling for images from light box on malformed penises has nothing to do with Dr. Loria's procedure or the results he has had.

I'm sure people check the safety features on sports cars and bungee jumping etc.

Loria has previously told people he uses silicone. If you ask him directly if it's silcone, he will tell you it is. I suggest you do so. I take no pleasure in telling you that, no matter what you might think. I came close to deleting my last post as I didn't want to freak you out. But ultimately I think it's more important to let people know Loria is keeping from them.

You've said yourself you know next nothing about the procedure, so you are in no position to inform anyone.

"The filler he uses is a pink like fluid he injects and it's his own pattoned formula that I don't think he shares with anyone. My guess is he uses a chemical compound like a slight acidic compound that over the course of time causes the inflammation but obviously the compound forces the bodies collagen development into over drive. It's the same process he stimulates that happens at puberty which sets the bodies natural Girth genetically."

You really don't what to be guessing what is happening. You need to know exactly what he's injected into your penis. What is really happening is that he's using some kind of carrier to inject Silikon1000 in large amounts, this gets encapsulated in collagen and the filler and extra tissue cause the Girth to increase.

He was doing hair restoration, nutrition & weight loss, and other male vanities before he experimented with penis enlargement. That's such an audacious and ridiculous stat that I'm surprised he wasn't willing to also say he won the Nobel Prize for Cosmetic Penis Enlargement. Dr. C/PMMA, for example, has been talked about on this forum at length for roughly 6 years and I'm not even sure he's done a total of 4,000 guys. I would genuinely be shocked if Dr. Loria has surpassed 40 men in 7 months (let alone 4,000 men in 7 years). He may have had more numbers than my prediction due to local advertising but nothing like the numbers you stated sir. He's only one of 3 physicians blacklisted (i.e. not permitted Commercial Accounts), and I assure you it's for good reason(s).

Not sure why you are so interested in conveying "why you chose this procedure over others," when that often isn't the goal of most authentic progress reports. Mind if I ask, has Dr. Loria in anyway offered you discounted services in return for your online testimonial? Well, I'm sure he made it clear not to admit that if asked...part of the deal, right?

Look, if you aren't a shill, I hope you the best, in both recovery & gains. But don't be surprised at my skepticism...I think there is enough on this forum to explain why. Good luck.

Have no idea why you hold so much anger. Discount services? I wish... it cost me the standard amount I guess it costs everyone else according to his site. Roughly $4,500 for the Girth enhancement and another $1,000 for the glands to help balance things out USD. Not to mention I flipped my own day off work PTO and paid for my own round trip ticket to Miami and one night hotel fair plus food and Uber. So what discount? As far as Dr. Loria's past results or being banned. Whatever. Guess will see my results here that I'm actually willing to post and take the risk. To each his own.

FYI... do the math my friend. When I was there he alternated between 4 other Phallo procedures scheduled that same day. And he had an associate assigned to each patient. It works out easily to do in 7 years roughly 4'000 guys.

Thiis is the single worst argument (and post for that matter) for any procedure in the history of procedures.

Why do that these Loria and Elist guys start their reports AFTER they have had their procedures?
If I were going to have a procedure done, I would be doing loads of research BEFORE the procedure..That would include
stumbling across our board, making an account, reading up on various doctors and procedure-types, and asking questions.
Why would somebody make a progress report after it is done? Especially on a board with basically no other members who have had the procedure?
Just saying...

Now shall we start bringing up the garbage we also put in our bodies like plastics, toxic chemicals, salted sugary foods that cause obesity and carry very high level of risks associated with them? I'm a personal trainer maybe I should tell you what improper nutrition does to the body and what lack of proper excercise and nutrition does while we're at it. Get my point yet?

The funny thing about that picture of me is that I later went in to get that lump removed. Rather than just removing the lump, the doctor went in and took ALL the PMMA out in the lower left area there. So, he basically recreated the same bizarre shape - but left me with a smaller (thinner) Dick. He claimed he "couldn't separate the hardened PMMA from the normal PMMA" - which is BS. He didn't want to waste the time doing it and was sick of operating on me. I was wide awake during the other procedures, and you can very easily carve the PMMA down, like Dr. Alter does.

For this particular surgery, he was also going in through the scrotum, so maybe it was harder to carve - but not impossible. He then removed excess scrotal skin and sort of allowed the scrotal skin to come up onto the shaft to replace the areas where skin had to be removed due to the PMMA Removal. Now, around 10 months later, I can see it wasn't that effective (the scrotum just doesn't become your shaft... and the parts that do are very hairy...) Also, a scrotalplasty looks kinda weird when it's all healed. most guys have some webbing. I didn't have excess webbing, but the idea was to sort of move the web to the shaft and cut the rest off... and this really isn't something that was ever done before. It didn't come out "bad" but it also didn't really do what I thought it would do. And my Balls are much smaller lol. Well, the scrotum is.. obviously my testicles are not.

edit - sorry I didn't mean to hijack the thread... when I saw my pic there I just wanted to give more details. I didn't expect to see that.

I was asking you for information!

So it's a permanent filler, that produces collagen and you have informed us that it isn't silicone or PMMA.

But Dr Loria's website says he uses FDA approved fillers.

However the only permanent FDA approved filler are PMMA or Silicone.

You say he has a patent for it, which as Hunkydory points out, should mean he doesn't need to keep the ingredients a secret. So can't you post a link to the patent or at least show us where Dr Loria says he has this patent?

It's not hijacking your thread, as the answers to these questions will provide important information, which is in part your wish.

No I don't know what's in the filler nor am I going to call to ask. I simply don't care. And I trust the results outweigh the risks which in my book as I pointed out are less likely to cause permenant damage than eating hotdogs in which you also really don't know what is in them.

What I will do is keep everyone informed though as to help those that want the info of the before and after results.

Why not use my experience to educate others so they can see their are workable alternatives out there? If someone chooses FFT or PMMA or standard PE I don't care. Good luck! At least I have a crap ton of images and willing to shoot more to give progress to help guys out. Look man women have been doing this shit with boob jobs for over 40 years. It's our turn now. There are great alternatives out there. If you don't like Dr. Loria I don't certainly care and I'm sure he doesn't either.

I would really like to know what he actualy use! (I suspect they are right about the silicone tho)

I do not have an answer to your question. I hope my posts will help in other ways. If you have questions about my personal experience I'm open to share along the way. Take care!

This is all very insightful, engaging, and even...amusing. But Cctman, will you care to address my concern with the "4,000 penile patients over 7 years" question? Because while many arguments posed by some of the brightest minds on this forum were probably far more damning & revealing than my own inquiry, I'm still stuck on the shamelessness of your first statistical claim. Thanks in advance.

Hunkydory01 wrote: Do you know what the filler is? Your pics look good. I know he was doing the silicone mix that created tiny spheres or something like that - but it sounds like you are saying the filler gets replaced.

The filler he uses is a pink like fluid he injects and it's his own pattoned formula that I don't think he shares with anyone. My guess is he uses a chemical compound like a slight acidic compound that over the course of time causes the inflammation but obviously the compound forces the bodies collagen development into over drive. It's the same process he stimulates that happens at puberty which sets the bodies natural Girth genetically. I'm not sure who else would know about it other than he and his lawyers who wrote up the patent. But I was sitting up the whole time and watched him inject it of course. But it's not the PMMA micro beads stuff at all. It was more of a Jello like pink fluid given through a thick syringe. The PMMA technique I believe causes collagen to develop as well, but tends to leave guys a little less natural from what I here. Like rubbery or to hard like. And I think PMMA gets or can get absorbed into the body over time like free fat transfer, but I really don't know guys for sure. I'm just happy with the results so far and figured I was post here for informational purposes.

Let me know if that helped at all.

We've seen after 6 plus years of guys getting PMMA that foreign body reactions are rare. But we've also seen, that when they do occur, the issues seem to be cosmetic. The filler turns into large unsightly lumps. This is bad spot to be in for the patient and not something to be taken lightly. But at the same time we've seen in the case of Restoration and Darkstaff that excision is possible and from what we've seen these corrective procedures are similar to what I personally experienced with fat Removal.

If we look at Restorations result, we can clearly see the lumps. But, had he been degloved, there is a good chance the filler could have been removed and left his penis looking as it did originally, as was the case with Darkstaff.

PMMA Removal isn't a surgery to be taken lightly and other treatments should be tried first in my opinion. Certainly don't go out and get PMMA thinking it's an easy fix if something like this does go wrong, as it's far from the truth. There are risks of tissue loss, scarring, infection etc etc. However, at least from what we've seen the type of granulomas or reactions caused by PMMA injected into the deeper layer, just don't seem to be that fierce and the issue tends to be more cosmetic. Both Dr Gelman and Dr Alter said as much to our member Smalljay.

However reactions to the oil based fillers, like silicone and parafin seem to be much more aggressive. They seem to attack the skin itself. So in my opinion should be avoided. Here are a couple examples of scleroising granulomas caused by large volume silicone oil and you can see the difference:

You are pretty much fucked if that happens.

Why go to Loria when there are places in the US that offer HA, which can be reversed? If you want to stay in the US get HA or even Radiesse. But don't risk having large volumes of silicone injected.
