Exogenous Testosterone no matter what the dose is going to shut down your HPTA. Plain and simple.

The shrinkage occcurs only in the testicles, not the penis. HCG is used to reduce this by mimicking luteinizing hormone and stimulating the testes. TRT is over prescribed and should always be a last resort. I brought my T levels from the mid 400's to over 750 naturally. I'm soon to be 44yo.

I've been on Testosterone pellets for 6 months. My level is around 1100 (scale is 275-1200), and I've not noticed any shrinkage.

You will gain muscle easier and burn fat. My Balls don't shrink because part of the routine is also hcg...not to be confused with have which is human growth hormone. This keeps my Balls producing. If you overdose yourself with T then your Balls would stop producing. The idea is to supplement your body with it not totally replace what your body does on its own
