Yes on the Uli's and I would go to something like the Grip which just grabs the head - it is a vac system and it can hold a lot of weight. They have these super thick rubbers they sell - I would put that on first and then use it - it will keep your head from getting blisters.

If you do get a lig cut do not get the YV or VY not sure which it is called but get the kind that does the small horizontal in your pubic area. YV leaves huge scars. Not sure where you live but check out Dr. REED in Bal Harbor FL - he did mine and it worked in terms of no side effects and no noticeable scars and he is not expensive. All this is if you are set on doing it, you may be disappointed as a lot of guys are.

Yes on Jelqing too - it actually helps the outcome.

I tried pumping twice - meaning more than 2x's but after each round for a few weeks. It had the effect of making the high spots higher and the effect was not great on me so I don't do it - some guys on here probably do.

The Grip System by the way, is for a more serious weight the TLC or the ESL are good but won't give you the ability to hang heavier if that is important to you.

Just an update. Not sure if anyone cares but It feels good to let it out.

I've been Hanging alot more with my BIB and am now back to a solid 7.25"BPEL. My bpfsl is only 7.75" It used to be 8.25" so hopefully i can get back up there soon.

I coulndt decide wether to get the LG or THE GRIP. So i looked into the LG and said hell i can make that.

So i'm now in the process of making 2 of my own LG hangers for a total of about $80. I just bought a house so i'm a little tight on funds.

I'm planning on Hanging 1 heavy set in the morning with the bib (25lbs for 20 min) then an hour with my DIY LG.... then work (still need to find a good ADS) then another heavy set with bib.. and maybe 2 hours of my DIY LG all in the evenings.

I'm hoping to get back to 7.75bpel within 6 months. I called DR. C and am reading through the pack and going to call a consultatoion with WADE... I'm pretty excited about my plan. I hope it all works out.

HI like my name says Im was also Hanging like crazy for 3 years went from ~15 cm to 21cm.
However I also had the same experience with base Girth from 13cm to 16.5cm at the base, Hanging is very effective but you need to be disciplined like a bodybuilder on the way to his title.

I was also planning the same route as you but I believe that if you follow your ligamentum with the hands when you are Erect there isnt much more length to get.
The doctor said I should rather do Hanging some more years than do the lig surgery. However he would recommend the Hanger to his customers after the lig surgery.

Now Im looking also forward to PMMA I would like to have a Girth of 17 to 17.5cm but still waiting for more experiences with PMMA, the swelling stuff is the most annoying thing.

With all what seems to be aggressive Hanging, has your EQ been effected in any way? Has sex changed for you or your wife in any way? At over 7" EL, is 7.5-7.75" make any pleasurable difference to either of you?
I am asking these questions to get a feel if EL size above 6.5-7" makes any difference, apart from the psychological difference of course.

yea the prison beading is what got me thinking to go the surgery rout. That was before i knew about PMMA. Its amazing that some guys had their tooth brush parts in their dicks for years with no issues.. Well no issues that they told me about.

I'm Hanging straight down while i cook breakfast and eat. I know i need to do some different angles. when i pull on my Dick straight up or even up and to the side i feel a totally different pull on different ligaments. I'm sure i'm maxed out on the btc and straight down because i can hang 25lbs with a hard btc angle (between the cheeks; for the newbs) with no issues.

I just bought a house so i dont have the time to hang alot. I need to do fulcrum Hanging. I know i'll gain like crazy if i do. As soon as i'm done moving and getting things set up i'm going to make some really good gains this year i'm sure.

If any mods would make this into a progress report and delete the title "plz help plz input" i would appreciate it.

Centurion - thank you for that lengthy response. You are really helping me out. I've already gained 1.25 permanent inches with Hanging.. I know i can get another .5 if i just keep at it. I'm so glad i can jelq post PMMA. That really puts my mind at ease. EQ means alot to me as Jelqing really helps in that that department.

I think it just makes sex easier. Positions where your not slamming in your whole dong in (which is most positions), yes extra length comes in handy greatly. With a petite girl (asians) i'm too much. But i like the thick mama's... haha The thicker the woman the more Dick is not going in the vag.

I think where 8" + would be most beneficial is when a girl is on top and leaning forward. If they are turned on then their cervix is 'tented' or retracted up, plus if they are leaning forward then gravity is helping move it out of they way. Then you can go way deeper. Definitely, bypass the lig cut - Jelqing is just sort of intense massage, I don't see how it would do anything but help - Turtling has the worst effect on outcome and Jelqing is the opposite of that, plus it is massage.

It does not move around - at least mine does not - it is not a liquid once it sets, its collagen. I can't feel it in me - what is original and what is from PMMA.

I went into the lig cut blind. I was much younger (21 years ago) and there were no such things as PB sites. I went down to FL for a dermal fat graft and just before the surgery he told me about the lig cut for $1,500 more and I said sure why not - I never had an issue about my length but had a really casual attitude about it. The nurse said to me you really don't need it but it was a well, I'm here let's do it what can go wrong decision. I could have really fucked myself with that attitude.

Technically it came out great in the sense that I have no scars, no length reduction that some people get, I did gain Flaccid length but it really does nothing for Erect length. To have a meaningful effect on your Erect length you would need to have a few extra inches of Dick inside you that is suddenly released but one one does. The most it does is make your Flaccid closer to your Erect length when the temp is warm. It will still turtle somewhat. But rigorous Hanging does the same thing in terms of a longer Flaccid. It is a big waste of money. I always tell guy's hang for a year or two and see if have success. If you do keep it up and if you don't a lig. cut wasn't going to work for you anyway. Any doctor that tells you it increases Erect length is not telling you the truth and knows it, so I'd stay away from them. I saw one doctor say on their site recently that it helps with Flaccid length and may lead to a .5" Erect length with Hanging. Assuming that you have no bad outcomes, that is actually the most you can hope for. Not worth a surgery.

Hanging works - you just need to put the time in IMO. It worked for me but when I did it I really did it obsessively. So my advice is don't do it - hang and do the PMMA if that is where you want to go.
