TOPIC: Considering the elist implant

I hope you can understand where guys are coming from with their initial distrust. There has been such a bad history with Elist, going back many years.

I wish you hadn't gone with him, but I always say that this is such a personal and individualized decision and experience. What is right for someone else may not be right for you and vice versa. I truly hope that you are lucky and do not experience the complications that others have faced.

For me the people who had the surgery recently...mine was January 23rd...is relevant because I am still in the healing stage and want to see how others are recovering. I did get a private message sent to me from someone who had the surgery 9 years ago with the old 2 piece implant...mine is a one piece. He is going to have his replaced soon with the newer version. He lost more Erect length than me...2 inches post op compared to my 1 Inch. He had an issue with scar tissue so that he could regain his Erect length which was 6. He now is at 6.5. He used weights etc to get there. I hope I don't need to do that.

A comment I would make is that people in here should be more welcoming to newcomers into the forum... Especially people who have already had the surgery because I made the choice to do it and maybe others can learn from my experience...good and bad. At least people can know that what I'm saying is true and offered with no ulterior motive. Many might read my posts and think...hey, I don't want to wait 8 months to see final results and have to live with a smaller than before Erect penis. Regardless, the Girth gain is great and undeniable

Becouse the doc with the nickname "the butcher of Hollywood" said so? It has been proven by many members here and elsewhere that You WILL loose lenght

As to what my Erect penis feels like...no one has said a word or even given me a strange look. I would agree that when my penis is not hard....i.e. "soft" you can feel the edges where the implant stops covering the penis

I will continue to update in here because I think someone who has had a positive experience should help balance the negative. Dr. Elist does about 4 surgeries a day. I saw so many guys going in an out of the office during my follow up visits and this kind of gave me solace that a lot of other guys were going through the same thing I was.

So after reading all the horror stories (a few dozen) on this board, you chose to go through with it? You chose to negate all those horrible, horrible, horrible accounts...focus on the one or two dubious positive accounts (by members that have mysteriously disappeared)? And your main reason for a hopeful account (other than the ''doctor's' promises), is that he is doing a lot of business?

While researching our board before the procedure , why didn't you make a post? Ask questions? Because if I had any evidence of even one implant failure before I had mine done, I would never have done it. You had access to a treasure trove of warning flags.

I have just spent the last 30 minutes tonight composing an email to a member (Elist victim) who is over the fact that his penis is 3 inches shorter and mangled...due to the implant..And by the way...this particular member posted on our boards the week he got the surgery. He found the website as he was recuperating. Guess what he got for all his money and trouble? A Dick that is 3 inches shorter and deformed.

Thanks Mustang & briceb. What all the user's accounts here has taught me, is to be happy with the equipment I have.

That said, it would be nice to have some big heavy low Hanging Balls to fill out my package. I was more interested in is elist's testicular implants.

Seems like guys are having a slightly better experience with those. But I think it was Pavlik who had them removed by a different surgeon that said that elist sewed right through one of his testicles?

Then, I came across the statement on his website that if you have Foreskin, he will just cut it off for you in order to receive his implant.

I like my penis the way it is actually, it's nice and big, produces a lot of cum & precums like a faucet. And the Foreskin is great. But it's like a cucumber on top of two cherries. They are out of proportion. But it's like briceb says, if were anyone else other than elist maybe I'd consider it.

No way would I ever go near that situation elist has going now. I'm beyond horrified by the accounts here. If that office emails me back I'm going to tell them to lose my information and never contact me again.

I feel for you guys, you have no idea. To me it appears as though this surgeon is cashing in, and preying on us guys' most fragile and private insecurities. Then he waves this big glowing magic wand in front of our eyes, 99% success rate, patented, FDA approved, increase in Girth AND length, keep the same sensation, etc. Then he can't even get the incision straight after how many procedures? The implant seemed intriguing on the surface, until I learned what it really entails. I think that even had I not stumbled across this site, once I read about the Circumcision he would gladly do for you, I would turn tail and run. Big red flag. Heck, an ocean of gigantic waving red banners. I would rather have a small, but normal penis with Foreskin than a large one without any. But that's just me I guess. Does this guy just not care? Mind boggling. If a man trusted me with his pride and joy, and paid me over 10k to do it, not only would I be humbled and honored with the trust he is showing me, but I would damn well do everything in my power to make sure that absolutely everything was completely beyond perfect, from the first incision, to the last stitch. Reklaw....what exactly happened to you. I hear a lot of adjectives thrown around in here but no actual personal experiences....and by the same people for years on end. I actually started to post in here to see what other Elist patients had to say who had RECENTLY done the procedure so I could gauge where I was with my healing relative to them. Crazy right? So far, I have been called names and had my I.Q. challenged. I feel like the Donald Trump of this forum. Most were so sure I was a shill and had no pics. I posted them so I hope I have gotten past that accusation. I would like it if other people who actually have had the surgery recently post in here so we can learn from each other's experiences. Most probably won't want to get involved in here because if they say anything somewhat positive about their experience then they will be attacked. Maybe I am in the wrong forum. MODERATOR, Is this a forum ONLY for people who had bad experiences or is it a forum for all who have had the Elist procedure to chat? I am still healing so I can't say that I am completely happy with it until I have completely healed. I am willing to reserve judgment until the time frame given to me by the doctor which was about 8 months

I'm fairly confident he isn't a shill. It's amazing how easy it is to rationalize things in a way that allows us to choose the option we want. I can see how someone could ignore all the horror stories and try and rationalize them in a way that allows them to conclude the Elist implant is worth the gamble.

My post was overly harsh. It's just that I have seen so many Elist implants ruin men's lives...Not only physically but psychologically ....
Our forum always welcomes new info and we pride ourselves on our transparency...But Dr. Elist really holds a special dark place on this board.

Those Germans at Deutchses zentrum Urology now have have an extensive article on their website warning people the most dangerous procedure is Dr Elists implant, apparently Prof Lemperle has spoken publicly about it.
It absolutely blows my mind how he gets away with it, no normal person would be capable of getting away with it for so long, he has to be a sociopath.

This is how I came across this site. I was actually considering his procedure, and thankfully I'm a thorough researcher. Happy lifetime member.

I am sure when you were perusing this website you came across these Elist shills and saw how they were exposed (beyond a shadow of a doubt).
*Members here are skeptical because they can't understand why anybody would undergo such a risky procedure with so much evidence pointing to the danger of the Implant.
*i don't think the issue is the 8 months it takes to get your length back (which is untrue)...The issue is that the implant will eventually have to be removed and it will lead to permanent damage to your penis.

I am truly surprised (but do believe you) because out of all the implant recipients (dozens) I have had contact with (dating back to 2009), I don't know one that still has it in.
And these are including recipients I met on the old Elist shill site (My NewSize)....We all encouraged each other to get it...
We were told there was only a 2% chance of it ever having to be removed (due to complications). The doctor did tell us that some men had to have it removed because it was just too big and the partners couldn't take the size. Of course the doctor let us know if it were removed, there would be no complications . I guess he didn't know about the scar tissue and retraction issues at that time.
You also say he used weights (with the implant) to regain his length? I do know that until very recently, any form of stretcher or weights were discouraged by Elist because it might dislodge the implant.

Anybody who has been on PhalloBoards and other (unbiased websites such as Thunders.org) for as long as I have think of Dr. Elist as a liar, manipulator, and sociopath.. It's that simple. Why? Please type in Elist into the search engine and truly read read each thread. It will take you hours but you will be much more informed ..You will see the pain and suffering this man has caused....
