It sounds like you are just shooting at whatever moves. My suggestion to you is not to do anything. Not until you know what's what. I mean, you do know that in order to have the implant with Elist you would have to get Circumcised, right? My hunch is that you either didn't know that or didn't think about it, given your other posts. There is plenty of time to get something done. But wait and in the mean time, get a realistic expectation on what is possible. Otherwise, you are going to be very disappointed with whatever route you choose.
