Having just silkon1000 will it seem fake. Sometimes there a lot of irregularities from PMMA, but no Dick is perfect so its fine. HA would give a good natural appearance but it doesnt last long and i think it would start to look unnatural as it absorbs. It just depends on if you want just pure size or believability. You can get to MUCH bigger sizes with silicon, but you can sacrifice aesthetics.
