Once every few days try rubbing some baking soda and olive oil on. Basically you want to use things that remove the top layer of skin (or whatever you call the glans), that toughens up from not being covered by Foreskin. For the last month I've worn a silicone sleeve 24/7 and that helps as it protects the glans. Also someone on here mentioned that rubbing some beard oil (don't really know what that is as I can't grow a beard) makes the glans softer and more sensitive over time. Does anybody know any Circumcision Revision specialists in the U.K or Europe? Recently ive had a few consultations with Urologists and plastic surgeons in the UK and I've been fairly unimpressed with what they've had to say, none of them have gone in detail about what exactly they will do, where they will cut or been concerned with what look I want to achieve. I'm quite tempted to go to America, I've been in touch with Harold Reed from Miami and he went into much more detail about what he thinks I needed and seemed much more concerned with aesthetic and seemed to treat my case as more of a cosmetic matter. If I stay in the UK I think Gordon Muir and Ian Eardley are my preferred options at this stage. I've been on other forums and I've seen loads of impressive results done by a specialist in Reklinghausen Germany but for some reason there's no mention of the guy's name anywhere. Also on these same forums I've seen loads of people moaning how bad there UK Circumcision has been and how they ended up going to the US for a Revision.
