I don't think that there is enough increase to do it and since it is temporary, having to keep doing it. I would just go back to Dr C and finish up the PMMA. It may be humorous to some, but a certain doctor (Loria), enlarges the glans, which leads me to believe he uses his silicone concoction to enlarge them or perhaps PMMA. If this is the case then perhaps the silcone microdroplet technique could be utilized on the glans in small increments and multiple sessions? The only other option I see is using Voluma, which is one of the longer lasting HA at around 2 years+. The viscosity is thicker than other HA fillers, so im not sure it can be used in the glans smoothly... There are some doctors which insert alloderm in a pocket in the glans as well, but with the shrinkage issues of alloderm long term and its tendency to turn hard, I dont think id want that inserted into the glans region. Im interested simply due to the fact my glans are dwarfing my shaft now.. Everything looks good so far, though I always knew I'd be going back for a touch up or a bit more (not a full round), and that I'd eventually work on my glans. Is there a consensus as far as the order of things? Although I'd like to finalize the PMMA adventure, something tells me that it might be better to do my glans first in order to give Dr C the final artist's touch...
