Dr Kim doesn't offer grafts because he knows they don't work, he just pretends to offer them.
There is currently no material suitable as a graft to be placed between the skin and shaft.
Plga scaffolds: Claims to be tissue engineering but in reality the plga doesn't really turn into tissue, it's either wears off or turns into rock hard scar tissue.
Allograft/Megaderm: this will also wear off within a few years unevenly and will probably need surgery to remove it.
Fat Grafts: can last a while but will die eventually and will need it removed, will also leave you with huge scarring.
As you can see all the graft materials are bad but there no way near as bad as the delivery method used to get them in. Sugery and the penis just don't work.
There was a guy who lost part of his pelvic bone due to a fat graft.
One of our members had allografts he lost 2 Inch of length and got holes in the shaft of his penis, it sent him insane and he ended up cutting off a prostitutes head and now he's in prison.
Tissue Necrosis and length loss are common complications with these procedures as much as 50% and that excludes the fact that your going to have to have it all surgically removed anyway.
Wtf? Cut heads off? You gotta link to a story? That's fucked up

Micro fat grafting works if done by the right plastic surgeon for Girth. My Erect Girth went from 5.5' in circumference to 6.5' usuing Dr. Maercks in Miami, Florida. Check him out. It's, $12,700. He transferred fat from my flanks. I'm totally over simplifying how he did it because he got into tons of explanation about lots of things surgeons don't that lead to the fat going away or problems or lack of symmetry etc. my money was well spent the women in my life agree.

I don't really want to be spreading the story too much cos it gives the board a bad rep and it might make life hard for the the moderators and the owner but I can assure you it's true.
