It's easier for me to take a Friday off and then have the weekend to focus my full attention on massaging. I did this. I agree with smalljay, fly first class going back. Wear loose fitting clothing and if it is a long flight, get up and check things out every now and then. If it is a short flight, make sure to check things out as soon as you land. You know that everything is moldable and that can be good or bad. Keep a very close eye on things and you should be fine. For guys that are going for their first round, I would not recommend flying in/out the same day. I went from 4 to 4.5. The only issue that I had was a ridge along circa line, but it's not bad, it feels like a vein. I'm sure it can be corrected on the second round. I had 17cc, 10% LinnaSafe.
