Apparently what they do is suspensory ligament cut , and placement of Silicone insert between Pubis and shaft to prevent retraction. Any Ideas? I'm going to have a Skype consult this Tuesday 9/6/16 I'm just trying to find a solution to the shrinkage left by Elist and his stupid implant. Not the first attempt at a spacer. Not the last. Stick to manual PE resolution instead. Search this forum for former Elist patients, plenty of testimony, and some guys DO get their length back.
