People with a bypass in their die younger even though there's nothing wrong with their . It is due to the stress of fearing something will happen. With PMMA you could imagine a similar psychological stress. You simply don't know how the body will respond. I would stick to the temporary fillers. See it as motivation to earn more money... The price difference won't matter to you your PMMA procedure goes wrong

And, yeah Lebon Labs is not pretty. They put up this illustration in 2014, but the image above is what it actually looks like. Although that was taken in 2013, the satellite image is the same & last updated in 2016. They're really good at illustrations - like of how your tissue gently envelops their PMMA. Reality? Not so much.



They may manufacture here considering that ladder going up the side and guard booth... corporate offices don't really have that but who knows. It's not quite as bad when you zoom in. I am sure iPhones don't come out of places that are much nicer. The quality of inspections and staff, on the other hand, are a big question mark for me.

You shouldn't be "miserable" over 5.5 inches in Girth. I think I saw one of your pics on another post in this forum and you should have no concerns about Girth or length. I measure a little over 7 Erect length and a little less than 6 in Erect Girth and I have zero desire for PMMA or any other type of filler. I am going the natural route by using a Hydromax pump. You should seriously stop thinking about fillers. Sounds like you have a case of penis dysmorphic disorder.

There were a couple of weird stories on here I read in passing. 1) A woman got cancer and the cancer meds attacked her PMMA as the foreign cancer invader (obviously not in penis) 2) complete hardening. 3) Flare ups -- like the body decides to reject it every so often and it gets swollen, antibiotics are needed

I could deal with a second visit to fix a shape issue, I think I could deal with a Nodule and hope it calms itself down. I just dont know what happens if the thing hardens like a broken arm cast, or if I ever needed chemo, my doctor says "Well, the cancer isnt shrinking-- but the chemo went straight for your Dick"

What are the worst of the worst scenarios?? No implant seems to be permanent - breast, hip, knee.. everything has a shelf life. But then again, no other implant is so small (a tablespoon really or so) and generates collagen like this

Can we get a list of worst fears? Or is that rude to the guys that already got it? Is this just so different than anything being done, that we just don't know?

There is a rumor that the big time bodybuilders have been going onto mexico and having their bicep peaks and calves done. Would the same fears carry over to them? Nodules, fibrosis??

So what would be the best temp filler that last long and cheap, other then that yall might be right about stressing and stuff but what if, what if, nothing happens 10 or 20 yrs down the road did we just waste our time being miserable??!

I'm still recovering from anesthesia, so hopefully this will make sense and/or not be too opinionated.

After all this time, I just think that if you are over 5" EG, there is really no reason to consider PMMA (over 5.5 is definitely pointless IMO). You want to risk lumps, ridges, irregularities on a perfectly normal Dick that is average/above-average? I got to 5 after 2 rounds of PMMA on a 4.25/4.5" EG because the risk/reward was worth it (and there weren't so many problems back then). Then, after the third round (which was a huge disaster) I had 3 surgeries in operating rooms (one this morning) and 3 outpatient Nodule removals / procedures. I had countless injections of Kenalog and 5fu that did very little.

Guess what Girth I am for this nightmare? Under 5. It was 4.5 circ (up from 4.25 whoa) and 5 going into surgery today but will be smaller post op since some of the rock hard nodules came out (he couldn't trim them). I also lost length from the excisions of skin, but the surgeon today performed a procedure using scrotal skin to help that issue. It will take 6 mos to see how that settles. BTW, I was also fucked up by 2 American docs who had no clue what they were doing with PMMA and urological issues. I had to go to the best male uro reconstruction doc in the city to fix their mistakes... oh and I'm up to about $7k now in fixes.

I know I am an extreme case and fewer than 2% will ever have this go on (though many more have irregularities, just not as bad). Nevertheless, I would never ever recommend it for someone who has 5" Girth. Maybe 1 round of 10% and then move on if you are really that concerned...and nothing above 10%. But, there is no reason to be "miserable" at that size. There IS a reason to be miserable when your Dick is full of lumps and ridges and they continue hardening over time and you can't get them out.

Oh and 7 BPEL I just noticed? Really, don't go to Mexico to add chinese / brazilian plastic into your Dick please. You want to take that risk? Why?

I am not sure where Belafill is made (American PMMA) I'd have to look into it, but regardless, it would require US inspectors to visit regularly. Almost nothing is made in the USA anymore, but that doesn't mean they can follow rules of other countries on products approved for use in the USA by the FDA.

Next: Are they owned by Nutricel or or Sadele? I found Sadele, but I can't figure out who actually owns them. Sadele's website is just garage openers and other security equipment.

Finally, when you do a search for Nutricel and Guapimirim (where the lab is), you get pages like this:
