Thanks messageman..know for another 4 or 5 days until I take the wrap off.

I'm sure that the area where the PMMA was removed has undergone some stress from the surgery. Wouldn't it be similar to the area where the lump was removed on me? The surgeon used his knife there, did he not? How else would he have removed the PMMA?

Yeah, you have to just remind yourself that you are in a period of healing that could take a while. I know you have to touch and that's perfectly fine. The idea is not to obsess about what it looks like right now. It WILL get better with time. Get your mind onto other things. The NFL season is about to start!

I'm not leaking but I saw my doctor today and he said it still wasn't closed up completely. He then said he doesn't want to add stitches b.c then there could be problems. He said the healing happens from the inside and just to leave it alone (don't masturbate/touch it)

I'm seeing my Urologist in 10days and hoping he gives me a better rundown of the situation. The side is bumpy and I'm just hoping it smoothes out.

With you, leaking puss isn't necessarily a bad thing. Urologist said its better to have that stuff out, then in. Makes sense.

Hope you are healing well. I see quite a few guy have been getting lumps and problems. In the beginning there didn't seem to be this much problem, was it cause Dr C used 10% ( or was it 20%).

To be honest with you the lump doesn't bother me that much, I'm not going to have it surgically removed.

Well, you're not alone in any of this. I'd recommend getting it ALL out in ONE degloving surgery. Or, the other scar you had... doing it piece by piece like I did was a mistake.

I'm having trouble adding another pic that shows the underside but this is the front view of what I'm working with. The left side is very frustrating to me and the reason for conversation.

The bottom left area towards the base not only jets out but more importantly is jam packed with PMMA creating a massive bulge that appears to stick out. It is both herder than other areas along the shaft and feels very obvious to the touch, especially when compared to the underside where theres no product.

Smalljay heres what concerns me about filling in around it:
1. Theres ALOT of PMMA around my shaft and the added weight is effecting my erections! I'm not getting as hard b.c my bloodflow simply can't compete within the added weight. Adding more would make it even more difficult.
2. To me, more is not better at this point (my Girth is over 6 inches at the base)


My Ultimate goal is to have a successful Removal of this area THEN GO BACK TO DR C. and have a very conservative touch up/microdroplet appointment to fill back in the area. This time done correctly so its even from top to bottom.

You raise some very good points and I will sit on those potential disasters for the coming months but you and I are both aware how stubborn we can be when it comes to these things.

I don't really see anything, but I know things are different in person. Also, I am still too swollen to tell what exactly happened, but I can feel it. The swelling isn't going away. We are having really similar reactions. It just feels like water in there with PMMA to the right of it.

I asked him to remove an area that was roughly 2 cm x 2 cm x 1/2 cm deep. He took out 5 x 3.5 x 1 cm deep per the pathology report....and pretty obvious from what I can feel. I still haven't had an Erection or anything but there's PMMA above it and to the right, so it will likely look like a big hole... rather than even with everything else. And since this was "cosmetic" - I had to pay. The scrotalplasty also required a payment but my insurance may reimburse for that because it was extremely tight and painful. I would've just done the scrotoplasty if I knew he was gonna go this far.
