I don't discard PMMA, to be honest. Maybe, when i finish my stretching time, think one round... Maybe.

8'5x6'5 is my perfect goal.

Also I think a round of PMMA would be perfect for my unit, because my glans will be equal to the new size, uniform.

Looks like you have good EQ and tight penile skin, it is possible that if you get PMMA, it will show any bumps and dips easily unless you go with 10% where the gains are minimum, hence you will need a few rounds... You may end up chasing your tail....

Maybe if you, hunkydory, gained in lenght after the procedure, let me tell you there are two ways for stretching. Downward, more emphasis on ligaments, and upward, more emphasis on the tunica. So if you say you hanged, which is downward position, i think your ligament cut enhanced your Erect gains.

My Erect gains were by stretching upward, emphasis on the tunica, twleve on the clock.

So, if i consider the procedure, after that, i must stretch downward, sounds logical.

To be honest, i think if most patients suffer retraction, the cause can be because they don't do things right, they are not disciplined with the post work.

But maybe i am wrong, i speak from what i've read in Thunder's Place.

I am still learning and reading here, but there are too many threads, so if you can link me some interest threads of this procedure, cases, etc. I would appreciate.

I do what i do because i like, and want more, yes. What is wrong with that? There are people outthere with Hercules muscles bodies, and still want more. There are people who are so pretty, and still want to be more. There are people who have tons of money, and still want MORE.

If anything, I would probably try stretching. Get something like ESL40 or The Grip System. Give those a shot.
I would tell you the same thing the other guys have, there are no certainties with PMMA and if you only want to gain .25" I do not think it is worth the risk.

I've had the procedure done and in my personal opinion Ligamentolysis is for Flaccid gains. These gains are mostly seen as the Flaccid penis hangs, not when lifted parallel to the floor and measured. However, having your ligs cut could aid Hanging and extending post-op, but this is hard to prove. I gained .75" (1.9cm) by extending for 872 hours over an 8 month period averaging 5 hours a day. When I compare my gains to others in a study who extended for the same amount hours (900 hours for 10-12 hours a day) only 1 person out of 17 gained more than me and he gained 3cm to my 1.9cm. Most of those who extended for 900 hours gained 1.5cm. Even though they extended more hours a day, I was extending at a high intensity (which I wouldn't recommend). I also only started extending nearly three years after the procedure so scar tissue may have actually negated the potential benefits of Ligamentolysis for extending or Hanging. It's difficult to give you a clear and definitive answer.

Mustang 2020, the desire is motivated just by ego, i have a girlfriend since years, she loves my unit, and it's difficult rough sex without proper warmup, which i think is key in sex. I want more larger for my own satisfaction, because if my Dick can do his best, why not? A little better version of us.

Question here, if ligament surgery will allow more EL easily or not, and just keep stretching during the next two years, and save my money.

New1inch, my stats before PEing were like 6'8 or 7" lenght and 5'8 Girth. I started in 2011, but lots of breaks. I can say my serious gains started in 2014, when i decided doing strict PE.

I don't think so, look at lig cut in Moscow. That Dr uses a different type of method.

Dr. Petrovich uses "standard" method of suspensory ligament cutting, but he does it via scrotum and he says that it gives a better results, than standart pubic lig cutting

Bdog, i did stretching, and gained about 0'5 EL, during 6 strict months or so. And did, and do, jelquing and Clamping for Girth.

Now I am going to stretch and hang for two years. I want my 8" NBP lenght.
