I was amazed that someone could do this in the united states and not be arrested for (a) practicing medicine without a license and (b) reckless endangerment. But, if it's all consensual and also it's not quite "medical" - but where's the line? I asked a lawyer friend of mine (who even works in medical malpractice) and he didn't even know the answer. I think a lot of guys here have tattoos, and those places are pretty regulated, right? But, it's not mandatory - is it? I mean, you can get a tattoo in prison & get a nasty infection or necrosis...but it's still not reckless endangerment or practicing medicine without a license. I'm not sure if anyone has the answer, but I just wanted to bring it up because I've been really curious for a while. There's been media coverage of people injecting Home Depot silicone in their butts, and some of those injectors got arrested for reckless endangerment...but that truly was reckless endangerment. I'm curious if pmma would be the same. In a way, it's all just hypothetical since the manufacturers won't sell to americans anyway...as far as I know. I'm not looking to start a new business...lol. Bellafil is in a collagen base (like artefill) and I think it's $600+ per cc so I wonder how that is going to work out here It was previously mentioned here that the collagen base wouldn't be good for the penis since it lasts 3 months and could move around too much? First, 350 per cc isn't going to give you much for the price. It's 20% which I think is a good amount for the penis, especially in session one (less lump risk than 30%, but more Girth than 10%). If you wanted 15 ccs of 20% PMMA from him, it would be $7000. (And probably .75 gain max) Avanti Derma - up to 20 ccs of 30% for ~2500. (probably .75 gain as well) It's going to be hard to compete with Avanti Derma on that price, unless money is not an issue. Still, there's the collagen question. I honestly don't entirely understand if the collagen base is "definitely" an issue or just a hypothetical issue. In the face, it is a good thing, but I guess the penis would move so much in the 3 month period (in theory) that you could end up with bad results. I'm just not sure. The collagen "should" hold it relatively uniform, but we only know it does that in the face.
