Apparently, instead of a random confusion by forum members, active disinformation by PM has been reported attempting to substitute Dr Camacho for Dr Casavantes. If you receive a PM telling you Dr Casavantes has problems, and to go see Dr Camacho: you have been warned. Whether this is done by practical jokers or crooked forum infiltrators, any and all problems must be vetted by forum discussion. Making allegations by PM and redirecting you to a different doctor is probably not to help you, but to help that second doctor's business. Does this other camouflage doctor even use PMMA or, as some have suggested, much cheaper substances? It's anyone's guess. I've been impressed over the years by the dedication and talent of Dr Casavantes. Like any aesthetic procedure Phalloplasty requires having scientific training, intelligence, a sense of aesthetics and a talent at sculpting shapes. He has proven time and time again this ability. Over time and with a trail of many successes this earned him the affectionate moniker of Doctor C. FYI there are two doctors in the same building in Tijuana who offer today PMMA Girth enhancement. both of them have surnames which start with the letter C. This can lead to confusion. The first has been doing this for many years and has been referred to here as Dr C. This is the genuine Doctor C, namely LUIS Casavantes who is well reputed and considered widely as the leading authority with at least incontestably the most experience in PMMA Girth enhancement in North America. The other physician is Doctor Camacho who is NOT Dr C. This surgeon does ligament cuts and only recently started offering Girth enhancement using PMMA. It is important that no confusion be made when reading posts as one might have expectations which are not met. I had my 6th or 7th session with Dr C earlier this month, I like the way they can now use microdroplets of silicon to smooth out small irregularities. It instantly removed an unnatural looking crease between my base and pelvis.
