I had R1 about a year ago and gained 1/4". Went from 5.5-5.75. I've read a few people's progress logs where they've gone in for a 2nd round and not gained at all. That is concerning, especially since it'll cost $2,100 plus travel to get a 2nd fill. I want a little more Girth and mainly want to improve my circ ring aesthetics. Ideally, I want to be 6-6.25 mseg. My theory with rd 2 gains or lack thereof is due to a product issue or ones body not accepting the PMMA thereby not producing collagen. I've been away a while and haven't kept up with the boards. Have there been any trends or anecdotal evidence to suggest one way or the other? Also, I'd appreciate any advice as how to proceed with round 2 given my goals. Wade said we should use 30%, but I'm concerned about Flaccid rigidity. My 10% feels pretty natural and would hate to have a semi hard Flaccid penis. It's bothered me to an extent but not enough to go through with a 2nd round until now. I guess part of the reason is also bc my girlfriend didn't want me to do any more "PE". Not because I'm too big, but because she knows I'm obsessed with my size. She can easily accommodate me now and could even when I was above 6.2". Now I just want a normal looking, albeit bigger unit if I'm going to go back. I'll get some photos up soon, just been super busy with work, life and kids lately. My main concern is having something that doesn't look or feel normal after a 2nd enhancement. Some have reported 30% gives a much harder feel when Flaccid. I suppose I won't gain too much either way given my first round only yielded 1/4" with a fair amount of PMMA. I'm only 3 weeks after 30% linnea safe, and there's some hard areas when Flaccid, but they might go away. He got some pretty good results.
