Aesthetically-speaking, I imagine "spot-enhancing" the shaft without any prior product could end up looking pretty funky. Maybe it could work, but from first glance I don't think it's a wise approach. PMMA did not fix it even though Wade assured me it would take care of it. But since no two penises are a like, one can never predict the PMMA final results, even Dr C and Wade. You will have to balance out the benefits of PMMA vs the possibility of losing your slight curve. It (PMMA) is injected along with a liquid carrier so it would move a bit - but I think they can place it fairly accurately/strategically.
