Why did the Brazilian Dr (can't remember his name) who did Fran Berlins PMMA charge a similar price. Why did the Colombian Dr charge considerably less? In fact, why don't you find a Dr and there are lots, who uses Metacril for volume filling who charges more than Dr C? They inserted quiet a lot Metacrill. I will update my progess report with pictures soon. I can't tell how significant results after 3 weeks are, therefore I wanted to wait with my report, but currently I gained around 0.8 inches midshaft. I know it still changes, but I doubt that there is something wrong with the material. I have more aesthetical concerns and one spot where the Foreskin doesn't retract, but I'm happy with the growth so far. I think Metacrill won't give it to a non-physician or they will give a deliberately good sample. I want to test what they're selling to docs...which may not be so great. If the product is not possible to obtain in the usa (for nonmedical use), then it's not worth pursuing - but I wanted to ask. I really just wanted to figure out if something is up (and get above 5"). So, if 6 of us contribute $200...then we'll ask for $60 for a copy of the results and divide the $10 between the 6 people. However, on the internet...it's hard to guarantee someone might not just post it... Anyway, there are a few options to finance it and get the product - but at least the ball is rolling. I don't want to go back to TJ until I see an analysis - and I basically got no gains from r2, when 17% 30 + 2cc 10% used to be a pretty big amount. The 10% that was manufactured in May of 2013 (per the card Dr. C gave me) - did provide some gains. Metacrill might charge as much as $800 though for 1 box of 10% and 1 box of 30% - it's on their website. They seem to be ok with shipping to the usa, but I suppose no docs will inject it since it's not fda approved. I've never heard of Chinese metacrill. If they can get the particle size right, keep it spherical, and keep it properly distributed, then it should be fine. I'd never trust it though unless it was analyzed. I was just brainstorming ways to finance the study. I will also be emailing other labs to see if I can get this done cheaper. I don't want more metacrill injected until I know what I am getting from an independent source. I'm impatient - because I really had it in my head that this would be over by 2015 and now it's not going to be and it almost looks worse than it did post op from my december 2014 surgery bc the circ area is so indented... So I want more asap & was thinking I could just pay for it and charge people for the report. It's just one idea (esp if it ends up being 2k - which is more than round 3 would cost altogether). It would be better to collect funds ahead of time, but I know people have donated to the board already & not everyone is interested in PMMA here. I think the whole board should know the results, I don't think it would be good to just let a few people know if it is bad quality and the rest to figure out themselves on a gamble. I have read there is chinese PMMA that is only 5% the cost of metacril. How can the patients that get the buttocks injections afford the high cost of branded PMMA when they use upwards of 500cc in a single session ?.. I would guess they may very likely be using a lower cost PMMA. I would not trust test results as it would be very easy to test metacril but then inject something more economical. Good offices will give you the box with serial and date code but even my doctor here in the US would not provide this or tell me exactly what he uses (a silicon combination). The safest bet would be to procure your own vial of PMMA. Or have a group of members purchase a lot together from a reputable source in Brazil or Europe. Dr C should not have a problem with that. Good offices will give you the box with serial and date code but even my doctor here in the US would not provide this or tell me exactly what he uses (a silicon combination). The safest bet would be to procure your own vial of PMMA. Or have a group of members purchase a lot together from a reputable source in Brazil or Europe. Dr C should not have a problem with that. are you talking about Dr Loria?
