One time a surgeon gave it to me because I said I couldn't ever pee after waking up from anesthesia...and he gave it to me off label. I tried it for a few days and had some really bad headaches, but that's all I remember. It made no sense to give me that since I have no prostate enlargement. Maybe for r2, I can try to get some... I am doing pretty well Flaccid (up 1" roughly) but still, it's 2" shorter than Erect - and I REALLY want R2 to go well. I am hoping it's my last round (financially and just the headache of all of it). It is good and bad. It DOES prevent retraction and actually can cause many semi Erection many times a day. BUT, it Fucks up one's orgasms...It dulls it out and makes it very short lasting. This has been MY experience. It is not advised to go off of it suddenly, one has to do it with a Dr, it is habit forming... Overall, I was not happy and stopped it. IT is used to reduce enlargement of the prostate and it DOES work very well in that area.
