Take a bit of suitable tissue from your body, grow it in a lab, support them on a scaffold and stitch it on your penis! They can also grow blood vessels now so perhaps with refinement these can even be made to feed the scaffolds like how blood fills the penis. It will require surgery but I wonder whether it will be safer than PMMA? Not sure about aesthetics and feel either. Will it ever become a viable alternative to current surgical procedures and PMMA? Male enhancement seems to be a taboo subject for mainstream medical research so we've not come very far since ligament snip and fat transfer.
