The safest procedure is FFT (fat injection), however, the results are very inconsistent, so is not a very popular choice. 2.) I've not come across a PE surgeon particularly I trust. At the end of the day they make money doing procedures that have a very low satisfaction rate. 3.) Cost vary tremendously according to the procedure you are having and which Dr is performing it. Anywhere from $2500-$30,0000 4.) Incredibly low. 5.) Injectables such as PMMA, Silicone, Radiesse, Lipen and HA. North America is the home of bad PE surgery.
