Yes product and technique play a role in mimimising these effects, however its irrelavent to some degree in my view as everyone autoimmune system will react differently. I have also spoken with a PS in my country who has used PMMA before (not many where im from & not in the penis) and has treated FBG prior. I cant exacltey rememeber the outcome but ill ask again. he did mention though that with his knowedlge they were rare his advise was that it doesnt matter and always plan and be dillegent for post care and costs associated. Knowing that I can go to him as im so far away also provides a little bit of extra comfort should it be required. All in all to me, I think in the majority of cases left alone the body should eventually adapt..but then again in cases seen, it may not... To be honest I think all he is doing is mixing Megafill with HA. Because HA can last a year or even longer, I have to wonder if he really knows how permanent this procedure is. I think the idea is that the HA acts as a scaffold and thus works similarly to allografts. But how could he know it really works until he's seen some results that are 2 years post op. Only a few months ago he was against the use of Megaderm, so it seems hard to believe that he's had enough time to assess the results of the new technique. I don't think Necrosis would be an issue. I didn't read the article, but from the photo it looks like he's had the bellagen injected directly into the glans with a sharp needle. I think to increase the shaft, a canula and "tent" technique would be used. I've been sort of lurking around here for a couple of months and wanted to participate/contribute if possible whenever I can. So, I was reading Dr. Kim in Korea's website(googled megaderm/megafill), which I think was previously linked to in this post. [ www.urodoc.co/penis-enlargement-by-injection.htm](http://www.urodoc.co/penis-enlargement-by-injection.htm) So, megafill, as per this website, is basically allografted cadaver tissue, albeit it is injected rather than grafted through open surgery. This is an interesting option, and I wonder if it would circumvent some of the issues with alloderm grafting via open surgery. What do you guys think? Also, a thought I've had about phallplasty is if it would be theoretically possible to obtain tissue from our own bodies to utilize for girth enhancement other than fat tissue. If they can use donor cadaver tissue to inject in the form of megafill(as per Dr. Kim's website), would it be possible to harvest tissue for injection from our own bodies(other than our own fat)? Just some thoughts I've had. Cheers! But it does seem odd, that in a country obsessed with plastic surgery and penis size, as Korea is, that this procedure isn't wide spread. Surely if it worked there would be clinics on every street corner. Yet those who have researched the Korean market don't seem to be reporting anything of the sort. We've discussed the use of injectable PLGA before. I asked Miro Djordevic about it and he didn't think it would work, hence he did full PLGA surgery (which rarely seems to work). I've love to know more about injectable PLGA though. Could you start a progress report. I think we'd all be very grateful. What have you gained? How does if feel? How much did it cost? Where did you learn about the procedure and how did you conclude that was the right option for you given all the possibilities in Korea? Do you have any photos? Are you pleased with the results?
