Your correct with that.. BUT>> Thats only if I just stopped abruptly with no maintenance routine. Its not as intense as a regular session but it keeps your Dick from retracting back. If you do that long enough the gains eventually become permanent.

Furthermore, you may just want to look into penis enlargement exercises first, since the doctor is going to have you use them post-op anyways. Men here and on other forums have reported gaining as much as 0.5" + in Erect length through stretching regimens, you may get the same kind of benefit out of them. I should note that, like anything involving penis enlargement, they are not without risk, so be sure to do your homework before starting any program (thundersplace newbie routine is always good to check out). I've been on PE forums for over a decade and I'm yet to see one.

Yet I could show you at least 30-50 measured Erect Girth surgeries.

I could show you numerous measured before after manual PE photos which show length gains. I could show you before and after photos of guys that have just used extenders that show gains.

If you want Flaccid gains then the lig surgery can help. But I'm yet to see any evidence that it helps aid with Erect gains. Anatomically it simply doesn't make sense that it would. This is supported by the fact the studies done on extender use (without surgery) seem to show gains inline with what Dr's claim is possible with surgery and post op extender use and in the the same time frame.

Also if you look at the surgeries for people who have things like skin adhesions, which restrict the length of the penis, when they are removed the length gains are instant. So if the ligs really were restricting the Erect length, then surely by cutting them gains would be instant. They are of course in the Flaccid state, as the purpose of the ligs is to hold the penis up, not in.
