In my opinion, at this current time, it's nearly always better not to have a PE procedure. But there are cases when it's worth the risk in my opinion. How old are you? What's your marital/relationship status and history? What are you size stats? Why do you feel you want a bigger penis? The more we know, the better advice we can give as a forum. There are options in the UK that are much better than the Elist implant, though I still would rarely recommend them. I lost my money for the airline ticket because it was non-refundable. That's better than the alternative. Dr. Elist called me, not to talk me into surgery but to try and educate me about the implant. He admitted that early on their were 5 patients that had bad outcomes. He says he looked into several of these boards online & claims that the same 5 people keep making new profiles with similar stories. He asked me to follow his work, he has a documentary coming out within a year on the discovery channel. He said you never hear about the guy that's happy with the results & even comes back to go up in size. He claims that he does at least 2 of these procedures a week. I would think there would be a whole lot more people on here having problems. When you look any of this stuff up it looks like it the best option. But I would rather be safe than sorry. I guess I will wait. By the way things look I'll be waiting forever. I don't think going to Mexico for the right PMMA is for me, that sounds more dangerous than Beverly Hills. If all these stories that I have read on these sites are true I don't see how these Doctors are not shut down but receive awards. Crazy. BUT last year this time, the question was not whether or not I would have a larger penis, but whether it was worth living at all. 3-1/2 years and still stretching...my goal now...average...normal looking, feeling. If I could go back I would have spent more time doing research, I think I would have considered PMMA but not surgery. Yes sometimes surgery works, and having a spare Dick its worth the risk...wait no you only have one, that thing which represents your manhood for better or worse, the only one you will ever have. I have had the implant in for 4 years and the Dumb ass Elist put it in too short (about an Inch too short) and it is no longer stitched to my penis only to my pelvic bone. I get a hard on and the front of the implant is 1" from the back of my Dick head. WTF? This doctor is a dumb ass... Or are we dumb asses for doing it? The testicles I have also and they are nice and big but too hard. All looks good with clothes or swim suit but at the time of ready to be intimate. It's a failure F+ no doubt. I have lost 2 girl friends in the last 3 years because of it and now want to take it out but do not want to lose an Inch. I am 5 1/2" long and have always been before and after. I personally know a guy who lost 1/2" but he was 8" at start. I don't have enough to spare. What do I do? I know what I want to do but don't want to have Erection problems or a shorter Dick. As soon as I hear the name Elist it conjures up red flags, warning bells and the memory of what I've read about this man's butchery. I'm not really in a position to give you advice, but others on this forum will. If it were me, I would want the implant out asap. But you need plenty of advice about that.
