TOPIC: Dr. Camacho lengthening surgery

Dr Rosenthal who is in california offers the same procedure for only 3500... once i decide to go for it i wiould do it with dr rosenthal he is in us and he is cheaper.

does doctor camacho uses general anesthesia for lig cut? does anybody know?

I contacted with Cammel Plastic Surgery and asking for lengthening surgery. (I hope that this is DR. Camacho that everyone is talking about...)

I asked many questions and the moxst important - how much it costs.

The answer was:

Surgery + all your weights-tissue stretchers and 6 months post op training is 6,000.00 US.

Does it make any sense?

6000 US on lengthening surgery with no guarantee for results?

I can't understand what they mean in the sentence: "all your weights-tissue stretchers and 6 months post op training"

If someone took the surgery, I will be happy to hear if it worth it.

If this is indeed the Dr Camacho who operates out of the same building in Tijuana as Dr C, then he is said to be fairly competent in performing lengthening surgery. In fact a few years ago he was said to perform this surgery through the scrotum, which leaves no scars in the pubis. I wanted to do this especially as his price back then was around US$2,000 for this surgery. However, he then stopped offering it through the scrotum an hiked up the price to over $3,000. If this is indeed the same surgeon, possibly he has raised his price to a level where he can guarantee results, and a good deal of follow-up?

I did a bit more research and traveled to Kaliningrad, Russia in order to be operated through the scrotum, having webbing reduction done at the same time. I can only tell you it was at a fraction of the cost, and done by an extremely competent and very experience surgeon. I am very happy with the results, as I estimate that I gained around an Inch in Flaccid length. After this surgery I spent a week at a nudist resort, proud instead of ashamed of my unit. I only did the stretching routine for about 6 weeks and then gave it up. I have retained my results. I also noted that Flaccid length increases with the amount of weight of one's unit. Each PMMA session has given me a lower Hanging Flaccid.

I "feel" it is deceiving to call that cutting the ligaments of the penis a "Lengthening surgery" since in many cases, but not all, it may result in an actual SHORTENING of the penis even though the patient may have some problems with post care.

It should be called Release of the penis ligaments surgery and leave it open like that, but then again it will never sell well!

$6000 is waaaaay too much. I know last time I checked with Dr Camacho he offered it for $2500, but this was a couple of years ago....

I am re-considering Dr Runels "improved" PRFM treatment at about $1900 with supposedly about 0.5" or better Erect length gains...I'll keep you informed.

I know that DR C. is Casavantes and not Camacho. What I meant that he is famous in "fixing" people problems such as removing scar tissues.

To tell you the true, I read many statistics of this surgery, and more than 60% told that they are regret of taking it.

I think if I can gain even 0.5' in Erect length its worth it.

I also agree that 6000$ is too much!

I will be happy to hear more about Dr. Runels and his PRFM treatmant
