I am still too conservative to do PMMA, I don't consider it very safe yet. To eliminate the Balls getting sucked in, just put a few cable clamps around the Balls only and push them down. There's no way the BM is going to suck in the clamps . I use 3 cable clamps myself, they hang pretty low. If you have a bath tub, use it. I can't get good suction without being under water. Don't forget to combine the BM with Jelqing/squeezes or whatever suits you - to achieve maximum expansion.
